Training Programs

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

Personal one-on-one sessions are individually programmed to what each athlete needs. We run testing at the start of each training block in order to track progression.

We program all training to focus on each athlete’s unique needs and upcoming competitions, and to improve their general fitness for sport. These sessions focus on strength, fitness, speed, and overall movement as an athlete.

Small to large group sessions

Group sessions are tailored to each athlete. We run testing for all athletes at the start of each training block to track progression.

These sessions are focused on having athletes push each other to the limit every session. By tailoring the sessions for each athlete’s sport, they are designed to teach individuals how to run and move better in their chosen field.
