Rajeev Balakrishnan

Rajeev brings in extensive experience in the area of speed and agility training and has coached in Australia, USA and Asia Having worked with professional Tennis players as well as high performance Rugby, American Football, Netball and Soccer teams he brings in unique knowledge of speed and agility training specifically designed to get you faster in your respective sport. As an Olympian and exceptional sprinter himself, he has competed professionally all over the world and has worked with some of the best sprinting coaches in the world, giving him a unique coaching perspective.

Sam Hurwood

Sam has coached sprints, hurdles, and sport-specific speed and agility for four years. His Athletics Australia level 1 coaching accreditation and extensive sporting background has given him firsthand experience and insight into athlete development at both junior and senior levels. With a successful schoolboy rugby endeavour spanning 12 years and an even more extensive track and field career, Sam has knowledge and experience in both team and individual sports. He is one of Australia’s most prominent developing athletes, with multiple state and national junior and senior titles under his belt. Sam has represented Australia as a junior athlete in the 110m hurdlers, 200m sprint, and 4x100m relay and has now progressed to the open ranks in which he travels the globe and races against the best in the world.

Oakley Schroor

Oakley has competed in sprints and hurdles at a national level and has been ranked in Australia’s top 8. She has played and coached a number of sports including athletics, netball, and touch football. Her goal is to work with athletes to develop their strengths, enabling them to be the best that they can be.

Claire Murray

Claire has competed and coached in many sports over the years, such as touch, athletics and cross country. She was a state representative in both rowing and gymnastics. Claire’s strengths lies in her understanding of not only how athletes train, but also of how their love for their sport motivates them. Completing her university degree in Primary education gives her a great perspective in relating to the students she is working with.

Eliot Wilkins  

As an athlete Eliot spent the majority of his junior career ranked among the fastest hurdlers in Australia. He has been the number one 100m Hurdler & 110m Hurdler in Australia, the 110m Hurdles Australian Champion, invited to train with the Australian Under 17 Development Squad, and the 2013/14 Under 18 110m Hurdles Oceania Champion.  He is currently completing his thesis in Sports Psychology at the University of Queensland, with most of his research specifically involving school sport and youth performance. He brings unique knowledge and understanding of how to build confident competitive youth athletes, as well as a wealth of experience coaching and competing.
